After subscribing (7-day trial, no card required), a confirmation email activates your account. The Daily Report is emailed every morning before the US session open, with archive access on the site. Premium Dashboard adds direct access to the real-time dashboard, described below.

The day's regime (RISK-ON, RISK-OFF or MIXED) is computed from the breadth of three equity index futures (ES, NQ, RTY): the regime turns RISK-ON when at least two of the three move more than 0.15% and ES itself is above +0.10% (mirrored logic for RISK-OFF). Outside those thresholds, the regime is classified MIXED. A quality flag ("normal" or "difficult") is attached to this label: it turns "difficult" when T-Notes (ZN) move in the same direction as equity indices, a safe-haven signal that contradicts the directional read, or when the conviction score is low. Nine instruments are tracked continuously to contextualize this reading: ES, NQ, RTY, ZN, GC, CL, 6J, BTC and HG.

The Premium dashboard displays the same nine instruments in a continuous feed via a NinjaTrader 8 bridge, with the day's leaders and laggards, automatically identified inter-market divergences, and associated session windows (Europe, US). Each module shows its own freshness status (LIVE, STALE or MOCK): if a real-time feed is momentarily unavailable, the module falls back to a clearly labeled placeholder value instead of silently showing stale data.

Read-only programmatic access to regime data is under consideration for Premium subscribers. No date is set yet, this section will be updated once a beta opens.
